Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction & Ownership

Welcome to Bawa Oil Depot ("we", "our", "us"). We operate from Shop No. 24, Ground Floor, Borimollah, Khara Tank Road, Bhendi Bazaar, Mumbai - 400003, Maharashtra, India. By accessing our website (bawaoil.com) or placing an order for our slow-simmered ghee, sandwich spreads, edible oils, or pantry items, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Product Information & Natural Characteristics

Our ghee is prepared using traditional four-generation slow-cooking methods. Pure clarified butterfat naturally solidifies into a coarse, crystalline (danedaar) grain at room temperature and melts into a golden liquid in warmer weather. Such natural variation in texture, granularity, or shade is a hallmark of authentic, unadulterated butterfat and is not considered a defect.

3. Orders, Pricing & Billing

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹ INR) inclusive of statutory taxes unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to revise pricing, pack sizes, or promotional coupons at our discretion before an order is confirmed. In the event of a technical pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and provide a full refund.

4. Online Payments & Security

Online payments on our store are processed securely via PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways (including Razorpay) supporting UPI, Debit/Credit Cards, and Net Banking. We never store or access your credit card numbers, CVVs, or UPI PINs.

5. Store Counter Pickup & Pan-India Shipping

Customers in Mumbai may select free store counter pickup at our Bhendi Bazaar shop during operating hours (10:00 AM – 9:00 PM, Monday to Sunday). Pan-India shipments are dispatched using reputable courier partners (e.g. Delhivery, Shiprocket). Delivery timelines and courier tracking links are provided via SMS, WhatsApp, and our online Order Tracker.

6. Intellectual Property & Trademarks

"Bawa Oil Depot", "Original Bawa Ghee", and related trademarks, product photography, and text content are the exclusive proprietary property of Bawa Oil Depot. No other branch or unauthorized entity may use our name or likeness.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising in connection with orders or website use shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
